Many pensioner clubs handle the same small paperwork jobs each month: a QR code for the noticeboard, a scanned form that is too large to email, photos from the summer outing that need to be smaller for the newsletter, and an invoice for a supplier or a hired room. Step by step: doing one of the four jobs
- Open Jobbit's tools page and pick the job needed: a QR code, a smaller PDF, resized photos, or an invoice.
- Answer the few plain questions on the form, such as where the code will be printed or how small the file needs to be.
- Attach the file if there is one, such as the scanned form or the folder of photos.
- Sign up once with an email address; no bank card is asked for.
- Read the finished result and check the details are correct before sending it.
